Action Carpets & Flooring is a long-standing, family-run flooring business in East Kent, supplying and fitting carpet, vinyl, laminate and real wood across homes and businesses from two showrooms in Folkestone and Whitfield. I designed and built them a brand-new website to replace an ageing WordPress site — a quick, modern presence that earns trust and makes getting a quote effortless.

A real local business with a genuine reputation — 20+ staff, in-house and manufacturer-trained fitters, and an “Excellent” Google rating — but a dated site that didn’t show it. The job was to present them properly, make the phone numbers and showrooms impossible to miss, and give every page a clear route to a free, no-obligation quote. It also had to load fast, read well on a phone, and be easy for people and AI search tools to understand.
